Head west young man - so the saying goes. Well, I did that. Now, as a not so young man, I’m packing up shop and heading back east. I’m letting go of my life and house here in Nevada County, but its not letting go quite so easily. I might think I’m ready to roll, but I have to navigate the truth of this fragile humanity, yet again.
Together we will explore this process of letting go and being let go, as we practice this essential Buddhist teaching.
