LIVE! Sound Healing Meditation with Miyu Tamamura

Sound Healing Meditation - A special live in-person small group program
Miyu Tamamura with special guest Elena Rayos
Thursday, September 3 at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

With concern for everyone’s safety, this evenings session will be limited to 20 people, meaning the first 20 people will be admitted. Please arrive early, by 5:45 pm, to get settled before we begin promptly at 6:00 pm.

This Outdoor Sound Healing Meditation includes gentle Qigong, soft chanting, silent meditation, poems inspired by the beauty of the Earth and ending with Miyu’s crystal singing bowls.
Everyone is welcome although we are limiting the number of participants to 20 for concerns regarding COVID-19.
Sound Healing Meditation is a sacred time to safely gather for our well being in all aspects. Please follow Mountain Stream’s outdoor gathering protocols listed below. Please bring your own blanket, cushion, mat or chair to relax comfortably for the hour long session.
A donation basket will be available. A suggested offering of $15 + is graciously accepted and will be divided equally between Miyu and Mountain Stream Meditation.

Please READ about the following COVID-19 safety protocols for an outdoor gathering:
· Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or unwell.
·    Maintain social/physical distancing at 6 feet plus. Please, no physical contact.
·     Face covering or mask is required (due to new mandates with an increase in active cases). Once we’ve settled we can remove our face covering and listen to the healing sounds.

·     Bring your own full water bottle.
·     Bathroom is available with disinfecting protocols to be attended to after every use.
·     Bring Insect repellent (although, mosquitoes have not been an issue with the dry conditions)
· Remember to bring your own blanket, cushions, seat or mat
