Kick off your mornings in January with Mountain Stream Meditation and discover the joy of Beginning Again—embracing each day as an opportunity to refresh your heart and mind.

Each session follows the traditional Thai Forest method, starting with an inspiring dharma reflection followed by a silent meditation. Whether you’re new to practice or reconnecting with meditation, this welcoming space will support your journey.

 Feel free to come and go as your schedule allows—no need to stay the entire session.
