Description: Join Kate weekly for an inspiring and informative yoga practice.
We will investigate the yoga postures in both fundamental and subtle ways. A balanced body: both strong and flexible is the temple for a focused, attentive, and clear mind. Together we practice and discover tools for inner and outer transformation.
All levels are welcome, from beginning students to seasoned practitioners.
Bio: Kate has 50+ years as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She created and taught the yoga program at Stanford University for 11 years and owned, directed and taught yoga for 20 years at “Downtown Yoga”. She lives in Grass Valley.
