Half Day Retreat Description: Buddhism, Qigong and Yoga develop consciousness of how our bodies, minds, hearts and spirits are affected by the cycles in nature. Summer solstice is a bright, warm time of year to celebrate our lives now, our communities, and the practices that contribute to our good health and happiness.

We invite you to join us as we joyfully move our energy, through Qigong, gentle yoga stretches & breath and flow towards expansive stillness in walking and sitting meditation.   

Adam and Tracy are excited to collaborate and co-create a festive, mindful and heartful experience with participants.

Bio for Adam Stonebraker: Adam Stonebraker, a dedicated practitioner of Yoga and Meditation since 1999, serves as the Guiding Teacher for Mountain Stream Meditation, in Nevada City, CA. He has been sharing his profound insights with diverse audiences both locally and internationally since 2010. Adam's teachings are deeply rooted in his extensive training in Yoga and a long-standing devotion to Buddhadharma, which inspire him to guide others towards realizing their unique potential in mind and body. His primary goal is to help individuals trust their innate wisdom and embrace the profound sense of interconnection that defines our existence.

Adam's approach is particularly influenced by the rich intersections between Buddhism and traditional Yoga practices, the Bodhisattva path, and engaging with the natural world. He has had the honor of studying closely with renowned teachers such as Kittisaro & Thanissara, Sarah & Ty Powers, Tias & Surya Little, Paul & Suzee Grilley, Maty Ezraty, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, and many others.

In 2019, Adam completed a Master’s degree in the pioneering Mindfulness Studies Program at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, further enriching his understanding and teaching of mindfulness practices.

Bio for Tracy Lease: Tracy is the owner and director of Full Life Yoga, is a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga and Pilates Teacher who joyfully shares many types of meditative movement. Tracy believes Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, walks in nature and meditation are practices that help us to lead more fulfilling lives. Tracy believes movement can help calm the body, mind and spirit and assist us in living fully in the present moment, even if we have lived much of our lives out of touch with our bodies due to past traumas. Tracy has years of teaching experience and tunes into her students, wanting each client to feel welcome, safe and supported in classes, retreats and private sessions.
