Join us in March ~ Consecutive Tuesday evenings on March 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm

We begin with a 35 minute meditation followed by peer-led discussion/sharing. We will explore various teachings of the Buddha and will provide handouts at each session as a reference. We invite you to join us for a period of sitting meditation followed by a dharma discussion led by long-time Mountain Stream practitioners, Marcia Craighead and Kate Coughlin. Meetings will be held on a drop-in basis and no meditation experience is necessary.
