For many of us there is a pathway towards seated meditation through meditative movement and breath awareness. Even those of us with a dedicated seated meditation practice benefit from slow, fluid movements which pulse blood, lymph and energy, cleansing the body while settling the mind. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat! (We have a few on hand for those that don’t have own one.)
Join Tracy for an easeful flow which gently circles joints open, invites a spaciousness into muscle tissue and mind, and gently rocks the nervous and endocrine systems towards a more relaxed state. Drawing from Vipassana, Qigong and Yoga Therapy, Tracy will guide participants towards a deep and loving present-moment stillness.
Tracy Lease owner and director of Full Life Yoga, is a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga and Pilates Teacher who joyfully shares many types of meditative movement. Tracy believes Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, walks in nature and meditation are practices that help us to lead more fulfilling lives. Tracy believes movement can help calm the body, mind and spirit and assist us in living fully in the present moment, even if we have lived much of our lives out of touch with our bodies due to past traumas. Tracy has years of teaching experience and tunes into her students, wanting each client to feel welcome, safe and supported in classes, retreats and private sessions.
