Safety protocols and guidelines for participating:
We kindly ask that participants agree to follow the safety protocols and guidelines.
In the spirit of non-harming, safety is achieved with everyone’s mindful participation.
Masking is optional according to Nevada County and CDC guidelines. Please take a rapid home test before attending when in doubt. 

We ask that participants refrain from attending if they have had any respiratory or flu symptoms, including any of the following symptoms of Covid-19: loss of taste and smell, fever, chills, extreme fatigue, nausea or vomiting, dry cough, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, dizziness or confusion, sore throat, muscle aches. 

We also ask that you refrain from attending if you have had contact with anyone in the past 10 days that has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or was exhibiting any of the above symptoms unless you have passed two negative Covid tests since contact.
