Marcia Craighead - The Radical Act of Reclaiming Our Attention
Attention is one of our most valuable resources. What we attend to shapes our experience and how we attend to our experience shapes our mind. This evening we will explore three simple practices that bring wise and vital attention to our bodies, hearts and minds.
Bio - Marcia has been practicing Insight Meditation since 1993 and has sat numerous residential retreats. She is currently the Program Director at Mountain Stream Mediation and from 2005 - 2008 completed the Community Dharma Leadership Program at Spirit Rock Mediation Center.
