Doubt is both a hinderance to our meditation practice as well as an indicator we are on the path to awakening. It is considered to be the most devious of the Five Hindrances (desire, aversion, sloth & torpor, restlessness and doubt). Doubt is also known as a great indicator that we are truly on the path to awakening.
The question is…how do we discern the difference?
