Mountain Stream Meditation and Miyu Tamamura are offering a safe and intimate evening of Sound Healing Meditation, as a part of our ongoing monthly programming. This is a precious opportunity for community members to be together and experience the healing energy of the crystal bowls.

 Safety Protocols and Guidelines for attending Sound Healing Meditation:
In the spirit of non-harming, safety is achieved with everyone’s mindful participation, thank you!
According to the California Department of Public Health, updated on June 17th, 2021, we ask that all participants agree to the following safety protocols and guidelines:

- Participants are required to wash hands upon arrival at the Center before entering into the meditation hall.
- Masks are not required for fully vaccinated individuals. Masks are required for unvaccinated individuals. Please note: If you are medically exempt from receiving a vaccination, please consult with Miyu at (530)205-8610.
- In the past 14 days - Participants must not attend if they have had any respiratory or flu-like symptoms, including the following Covid-19 symptoms: loss of taste and smell, fever, chills, extreme fatigue, nausea or vomiting, dry cough, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, dizziness or confusion, sore throat, muscle aches.
- In the past 14 days - Participants have not been in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or was exhibiting any of the above symptoms.
- In the past 14 days - All house hold members have not traveled outside of the country or to any city that is considered a “hot spot” for Covid-19 infection.
