Mountain Stream and Miyu Tamamura are excited to be offering a safe and intimate evening of Sound Healing Meditation. As a part of our ongoing monthly programming, this is a precious opportunity for the sangha and community members to gather together in-person outside in the backyard. This is a joyous occasion to see one another, we look forward to being with you all.
To hold our program as a safe space for us all, we ask that participants agree to follow guidelines. In the spirit of non-harming, safety is achieved with everyone’s mindful participation.
1) Mountain Stream requests that if you are not fully vaccinated that you wear a mask and practice social distancing of 6 feet.
2) Program attendees have not had any respiratory or flu symptoms, including any of the following symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 14 days: loss of taste and smell, fever, chills, extreme fatigue, nausea or vomiting, dry cough, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, dizziness or confusion, sore throat, muscle aches.
3) Program attendees have not been in contact with anyone in the past 14 days that has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or was exhibiting any of the above symptoms. All house hold members have not traveled outside of the country or to any city that is considered a “hot spot” for Covid-19 infection in the last 14 days.
What to expect, what to bring for our Outdoor - Sound Healing Meditation:
- There will be a table outside with sanitizing products as well as natural insect repellants.
- Mountain Stream requests participants wear a mask or face covering if you have not been vaccinated - masks can be taken off once you are situated in your spot.
- Wear appropriate clothing for being outside in the evening (layering is best)
- Bring your own: blanket, pillow or zafu to make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down on the ground and bring your own preferred source of hydration.
- Chairs will be available.
