An in-person, small gathering, outdoors (limited to 15 people, see registration info below)
Mountain Stream Meditation/Nevada City Insight Center

Tuesday July 14, from 4:00-5:30 pm
Please arrive early at 3:45 pm to get settled before we begin promptly at 4 pm.
Suggested donation $15-$20, all contributions will be divided equally between Tracy and Mountain Stream. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.

Description of Mindful Movement.
Do you miss gathering together for mindfulness and movement practices? Join Tracy Lease for a small group offering at Mountain Stream’s beautiful Nevada City Insight Center’s backyard. With social distancing and movement practices being held with deep attention. Tracy will draw from Mindfulness, Qigong and Yoga traditions during this 1.5 hour offering.

Please READ our following COVID-19 safety protocols for gathering outside:
· Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or unwell
·    Maintain social/physical distancing at 6 feet plus. Please, no physical contact
·     Face covering or mask are required
·     Bring your own full water bottle
·     Bathroom is available with disinfecting protocols to be attended to after every use
·     Bring Insect repellent (mosquitoes could be present)
· Also, bring your personal yoga mat, blanket, and yoga props if you have them - a strap, and block

Bio for Tracy Lease:
Tracy loves melding mindfulness and movement in her teaching, believing the physical practices are one avenue towards inner contemplation, equanimity, compassion and loving kindness. Tracy is an experienced registered yoga teacher with 20 years of teaching yoga, breath and mindfulness in her elementary and middle school classrooms, in studios in California, Idaho, Wyoming, Alaska, and in retreat centers. She focuses on watching her students and teaching towards their health and well-being, modifying movements and poses to meet a student’s needs.  This class is open to all levels.
