Format of the evening: Beginning with a 30 minute silent sit (sometimes guided) promptly at 6pm, please login a few minutes early—the zoom meeting will be open around 5:45 pm. After the sit there will be a short stretch break, then a Dharma talk for 30 minutes, followed by group discussion for the last half hour.
