Mountain Stream invites you to join Maeve and Mary Helen for the spring Insight Meditation & Mindfulness Course. Suitable for all levels of interest and practitioner. 

Cost for the entire 5 sessions is a sliding scale of $40-$60. Generosity is offered to the teachers who are supported by the community and do not receive financial compensation in any other way.
